United Transfer Partners

I was wondering besides Chase Ultimate Rewards what other programs are transfer partners into United?
I need to transfer about 35,000 miles into my wife's account for a business class international ticket. I have Chase Ultimate Reward points but since she is not an authorized user on the account I can't transfer into her account. I thought Amex membership rewards transferred but I guess not. She does have Marriott points I can transfer. Are there any other options?

Thanks that helps. Looks like Marriott is my best option.

Why not add her to your account? That would be easiest.

I can think of about a million reasons, that's not always a good solution for everyone.

Hmmm, not adding a wife to a credit card account? You wouldn't even need to give them the card, just use it so you can transfer. I guess everyone is different but most people have additional cards for their spouses.
