Possible interline baggage on sepereate ticket MIA-JFK on UA and JFK-SIN ON SQ?

Possible interline baggage on sepereate ticket MIA-JFK on UA and JFK-SIN ON SQ?
One World Flyer redeeming points (credit card) for 1st Class on Singapore. Was thinking of flying AA MIA-JFK, but night be beneficial to fly UA for direct transfer of checked baggage at JFK for connecting flights. Is this possible? Did some research but different answers if Star Alliance carriers will interline baggage or not. Thanks.

UA doesn't fly to JFK.

UA Bag Interlining If Separate Tix with *A Partners (YES) & Non *A Partners (NO)

How about Miami to Newark on UA and then Newark to Singapore (nonstop) on SQ?
Or Miami to San Francisco on UA and then San Francisco to Singapore (nonstop) on either SQ or UA?

No SQ F on EWR/SFO-SIN direct flights. Only option for OP is to fly JFK-FRA-SIN, LAX-NRT-SIN, or SFO-HKG-SIN.
