Wishful thinking that upgrades currently pending will go right through when the system comes back online.

Reality may be that all current pending upgrades are cancelled

Trying to check for award travel. It went down right around 10:20pm Eastern.

At this point I can't check for any flights! Every attempt reverts to the 'We're working on our system' notice.

Yeah, they can't even get their warning message right as their outage is affecting more than just upgrades. I can't book award travel either.

That's weird. It wasn't working for me two minutes ago so I posted. Now it's working.

Was able to book award with agent, albeit "his" system was very slow as well, approx 1 hour past your time stamp.
Same slow issues last night too with an agent trying to book award.

I myself actually applied GPUs and completed without problem before posting #12 .
inconsistency due to transient state ?

It is especially annoying for me as PZ seems to be available on both legs for my chosen dates!
