"no upgrade available" - why? and what happens on the domestic if I use GPU?
 

S?AN-SFO-SIN, and on SFO-SIN it says no upgrade available.
1. This is the first time I see this (no waitlist option) - any idea why is that?
2. If I apply a GPU, and I get the domestic upgrade - in accordance w/ regular rules, it won't actually be deducted, correct?
