Had a pleasure of flying it on my flight back from Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Great to see the economy class seats had Rebel and Empire theme. It would have been nicer if they could do have done the same for the Business (first) Class seats.

It was painted a bit over 3 years ago.
Also common to repaint while doing a major C/D check

I actually got to ride on that plane. Used to have a bunch of pictures but cant for the life of me remember where they went.
Pretty sure it was OKC-ORD on 6/18/21.
A few months back, I was in the IAD UC getting some IRROPS help and the agent had an amenity kit on her desk. I made the comment that I rode on the plane. She offered the kit, I demurred, and she said "oh, dont worry, we found a whole box of them in a storeroom.."

I argued but she insited...I started the conversation just to kinda de-escalate the situation I was in, distract the conversation to how excited I was to be on the plane vs standing there because of a cancelled flight.
But she insisted, so I took it, thinking it was a great momento to add to the flight. I have a few similar worthless items from my Concorde flights.
I wound up giving it to my boss a couple months agobecause she was a TOTAL Star Wars geek... Better someone else have it than it sit on my dresser (likewise my Concorde memorabilia)...
