In a nutshell, PE is:
Hard Product:
Soft Product:
Airport Experience:
Hard Product:
- Seat is similar to Domestic First, maybe a little smaller.
- Seat is wider and has more leg room than Y.
- Seat has more recline than Y.
- Seat has a big armrest between the seats that can be used for drinks or other small items.
- Seats have footrests and possibly leg-rests.
Soft Product:
- A dining experience relatively close to what they have in J (specifics remain to be seen).
- Complementary Alcohol.
- Amenity kit.
- Pillow and Blanket.
Airport Experience:
- You board before Coach does. We don't know yet if you board in Group 1 with J or in Group 2.
- Discounted Purchase Access to the United Club (NOT Polaris Club).
- Premier Access check in and security.
