FCO-SYD award. Sorry, something went wrong.
When trying to book award travel this summer FCO-SYD, I see availability on most days. But when I select any flight on any available Star Alliance airline, I am greeted with the message “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” So I’ve tried again for about two weeks. Is it all “phantom” availability? How best to respond to UA?
