My guess is the TPG reviewers get a LOT of favors from the airlines. For instance, they get to board before even GS so they can get those pictures before there are passengers. They also get to put themselves on all the flights where a new airplane is introduced.

So it wouldn't surprise me if they get ticketing rules waived too.

BTW, TPG calls the plane 666, not 6666. Some folks won't like that tail number.

No Row 30 on the sides -- take out a row and spread to other rows to add 3" extra for E+ (better view in the wiki)

I guess this plane will obviously be used on high-demand business routes and probably targeted at peak demand time of day. Any guesses which route(s)? For selfish reasons, I want to see it ORD-LHR in September (3:50pm Sept 4, please)

EWR-LHR was the first announced route "with more routes to come". ORD-LHR doesn't seem like a bad bet though 3:50pm is not peak flight time-- that would be the later flights.

I thought I read somewhere theyre not intending this bird to come to ORD at all. Id guess almost all - if not exclusively - EWR & IAD to Europe.

Kind of a bummer that there are no center section E+ seats (other than the bulkhead), for those who like an aisle from which we dont' have to be disturbed.

The crew rest seats look like a potentially nice option if they become available at T-48 or whenver it typically is.

Just selfish hopes. I occasionally pass through EWR onward to LHR, but w/ rare lie-flats from West Coast to IAD, I won't be transiting there.

Appears to initially be scheduled on flights 110/883 although some large delays this weekend. It is currently on an LHR-EWR ferry flight as UA2789. Scheduled to turn around as UA110 despite an EWR arrival time later than the UA110 departure time.

My understanding was EWR and IAD to LHR, GVA and ZRH.

Yup, all frame numbes have four digits, so it could not be 666

On a side note, back when I was in college I was registering a car, and noticed my plate number would have been 665.

"Could I have 666?" said I. Sure thing.

Exiting DMV my brother asked "you know the significance of 666, eh ..... " Errrrr, no I didn't
