Going over the chart I have been to every airport with a United Club and every Club at each of these airports since first joining the Red Carpet Club in the mid 80's.( That said I have not been in the new FLL location this month). I have been to several that have closed such as FRA. I am Cle based and seen 3 different Clubs for Cle over the years.
My favorite Club of the new versions Domestic is the LAX location followed by BOS and ORD (F terminal). Of the older locations I like Cle and SNA. LHR is the best of the few International locations. I like the 2 Polaris Clubs ORD and EWR that I have been in.

I have not been to many as I find them fairly underwhelming in contrast to Centurion lounges but have been to (for those I remember):
SAN
SFO
LAX
EWR
ORD
MCO
LHR
DEN
IAH
MCO
HNL
SYD (RCC)*
* I am surprised no one mentioned the SYD lounge. Obviously a number of years ago now (as I now use SQ or NZ lounges in SYD) but it was my first exposure to a UA club. I was used to the Ansett and QANTAS lounges in SYD and MEL for domestic flights but the SYD RCC was always quite exciting for me.

If jonisflying’s list is indeed all of them, I’ve been to all, except:
AUS
FLL
GUM
MEX
DCA
Also was in the now-closed MEL club, JFK, and am I correctly recalling a MIA club in the 1990s?
So far only to 2 Polaris, ORD and SFO.
Edited to add: Yes, there was a Miami club. I forgot all of the old international destinations, as I also had been to SYD, TPE and FRA. Cool old list I found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20000303...7,1109,00.html

Id add the old LHR to this list. The UA club was horrible and the chow nothing but cellophane wrapped muffins and nuts. The *lounge was a huge improvement as is the new UA club.
