Flight changes:The change fee and any difference in fare will be waived for new United flights departing on or before January 14, 2019, as long as travel is rescheduled in the originally ticketed cabin (any fare class) and between the same cities as originally ticketed.

Does anyone know where the biggest impact is supposed to be? I have United Express flights scheduled for midday Sunday, and while weather waivers have been issued, I don't want to make changes until later. I know they are used to snow, but not sure what their operation is like for Express.
