6. How many days/weeks before departure did upgrade clear: Battlefield - I was #1 on the list with 2 seats open and was upgraded right before boarding. After the upgrade was given I checked the app again and I was sitting at #2 with one other lucky person receiving a battlefield upgrade.

Note: This didn't clear automatically. The ticketed passenger was a Premier Silver, and I applied one of my GPU's to their reservation. On January 6th, I noticed that PZ1, so I called and had them clear the upgrade manually. I'm now three for three on my last three GPU's, whereby I called when PZ>1 to have them clear the upgrade.

I’ll add the details later but short answer is I used 6 gpu today , I booked 3 round trips yyc Mel
spaced out every from now until July
all were applied at booking
rooking it was very exciting to see a solid green dot twice while booking , the other 4 have some economy legs but all the trans pacific legs are gpu covered.

Just cleared a GPU SFO-LAS for this Friday's flight. NEVER have I cleared one on this flight before and at booking (weeks ago) the seat chart showed F full so very surprised. It was one of my two "saved" GPU's from 2018 so very happy to dump it as I never can use them on TATLs or TAPCs.
