Thanks to a segment run on Dec 26th, I earned a ‘bonus GPU’ on my final flight of 2019 (MSP-ORD on Dec 27th) by cracking 150 PQS for the first time ever:

Made Platinum this year, up from Gold last year:

Made Gold for 2020 today via a granted exception for "phantom" ORC. I had a flight in December that was canceled where I was forced to take a refund and rebook out of pocket. Was not able to get ORC at the time, but they said they would honor the flight for status purposes if needed in January, and it was indeed needed. This may well be my last year of UA status for quite some time as flying UA out of MSP is darn near impossible (I'm impressed by the couple of you who do, and can't imagine how much time is spent in ORD :) ). It will be good to have *G for one more year though as I still have ~360k miles to spend.
