Choice of some type of salad or the Thai chicken noodle. Went with the latter. Nothing new but pics anyway.

All these picture make me think what UA is giving out for F dining is what economy passengers got in the '60/'70s. Might as well just strike a deal with Swanson's for TV dinners.

True, although this one falls into the "tasted better than it looked" category. The cabin was dark at that point (no one dared leave their shades up!), so I had to turn on the overhead light to take the picture. Otherwise, I wouldn't have had a good look at it anyway.

Your chocolate cake appears to be hovering in mid air! I guess caloric free.

Interesting. Two-cabin aircraft are very new to ExpressJet, just a few aircraft in service. I wonder if the flight attendants did not know to remove the plastic and other packaging in First?

I really enjoyed this chicken with pesto, artichoke, and orzo dish, which is different than the chicken breast with pesto quinoa we've seen in past months. The other choice was cheese ravioli.

In 2019 dollars, those 60's and 70's passengers were paying $1200 roundtrip for their domestic coach tickets. And they didn't get DirecTV or personal device entertainment, or a modern FC seat, or priority baggage delivery and security lines.
