That is an interesting place to put the outlet.

Still, I suppose it is better than having it under the seat and accidently knocking it off whenever I move my legs.

I'm flying EWR-TLV Sunday and will report back! (unless my upgrade clears)

It looks like coach class (undrinkable) wine will be offered given the generic "white" and "red" wines listed on the menus. If so, that's highly disappointing.

I noticed this too, however let us wait for some trip reports. Remember the wine list even in C is unexciting, and does not list the champagne. Of interest, on BR in PE, a sparking wine is offered.

The meal is a definite improvement over Y, but only because the Y meal is so poor.

Actually glad it is a separate offering from business -- better chance of having a real choice and not getting the leftover, unchosen business class offerings.

Seems like they are going the Lufthansa route where the food is actually economy food but on white china instead of the plastic trays. The snack actually looks like the economy snack of sandwich with a slice of turkey and slice of cheese. But you do get (unlimited) liquor to wash it down.

Some here seem to be disappointed that PP is not business class light (meals, wine, dedicated lavs, etc.). This seems to me inconsistent with the concept and branding. It is expressly an economy class product.

Two upgrade lists

Getting excited for my Saturday trip on Day 1 of PP. I see that they show two upgrade lists.

I was trying to figure out what Polaris cabin had only 24 seats then I realized it’s just wrong

They clearly have some programming work to do. looks like there will be some Op-Ups to PP needed.

And fix the copy/paste to correctly label PP as PP (or set the list identifier == tab name) and not another "United PolarisTM business Upgrade Standby List" irrespective of how they changed the tab's name...

It’s really not economy class food. It’s domestic first class food.

Having flown SQ PE this isn’t too different. Hopefully UA doesn’t wake me at 3am just to hand me an apple, like SQ did.

Very true. LH is the exact same meal as Y. This is definitely not typical UA Y vittles.
