Premier Status: 4
What is the meaning/significance of "Premier Status: 4" as seen in correspondence with MP to have missing PMD and PMQ credited to account?
MP in email says credit will appear in 24 hours.
Flight originally ticketed on UA #706 3/22 OGG-LAX, but on my request, due to delayed equipment, reticketed by UA and actually flown on HA #34 3/22 OGG-LAX.
"Status 4: means?

Hard to say without seeing the actual context/communication but I might always guess it could be status level of the type of issue you are communicating about. It's like service desk tickets get tagged a certain level depending on severity of the issue.

Assuming that the current MP backend is based on an evolution of (if not just incremental updates to) CO's OnePass it would make sense to enum at 0 = general member (aka blank), 1 = silver, 2 = gold, and 3 = platinum, given that these were the levels of the program CO had.
The "new" levels 1K (or Presidential Platinum in CO speak, but it didn't come around until CO's entry to Star), and GS would make sense to extend the enum to 4 and 5 respectively, but there are undoubtedly some systems that no one got around to applying translations for the new values.... and then you wind up with Premier Status: 4 or Meal: 2 when it fails back to the raw value rather than the translated/friendly value.

So, in a quick peek inside of the United App, the internal mapping from the DB result to whats shown on the screen. Silver == true/1, and 0 is no status (per an account query):
Results:
Results:
map.put(CatalogValues.ITEM_ENABLED, "premierSilver");
map.put("2", "premierGold");
map.put("3", "premierPlatinum");
map.put("4", "premier1K");
map.put("5", "globalServices");
