Not really ... there may be a few doing that under the table and even fewer that have permission from their employer but you're not going to see many Part 121 pilots working a flying job on the side. Your employing airline finds out, you'd be history. Volunteering for medical missions, flying your own personal airplane, going to airshows, Air National Guard, etc. are a different story. But working part time as a CFI when you're actively employed at a Part 121 carrier - you're not going to see that much.
