Delta status match
 

I'm trying to get a status match on Delta. They ask for a copy of my card and a statement. The card I had, but I have not received a statement from United in years (just online). So I sent them a screen shot of the "View Premier Progress" page with "Previous year" selected, which shows that I flew 75K miles in 2017. But I got a response saying "We are unable to accept this document as proof of your airline status. We require a statement and card, and they must show that you have earned your status for the 2018 program year. We do not match complimentary or status that has been received as a result of a promotion. " I'm not sure what I can send that will satisfy them.

Has anyone gotten a Delta match lately, and if so, what did you send them???

Yes I matched to Plat by sending a screenshot of my digital card and a print off the website of the "view activity since my last statement" dating back to Jan. 1 of the prior year.

Thanks Kacee. The "view activity since last statement" does not include a total for the year. That wasn't a problem?

Wait, that's all you have to do? To get matching status on DL?

For what it's worth, I just received an email statement today.

It worked.

With account activity? UA's emailed statements haven't provided mileage activity for over two years.

I didn't have any activity last month. But it does show correct year-to-date and lifetime totals.
