My trivial gripe. What's yours?

Went to check in for a flight and buy-up from Y to Polaris was $899. I opted to use miles to go Premium Plus. Then saw buy-up from PP to J became $1999.

So maybe it’s just my luck, but on the last handful of Polaris flights I’ve been on, the bathroom hand cream dispenser does not work. Not in any of the bathrooms. There is hand cream in the bottle, but it’s so thick the pump doesn’t work. It bothers me not only that it’s not working, but that no one apparently checks them to see if they actually work.

I used to like when we landed when the FA would say "On behalf of United, the star alliance, and your entire [city]-based flight crew we'd like to be the first to welcome you to..." Less and less do I get to hear where they are based, and I liked hearing that.
