I have an $8499.36 ticket booked to India 2/13 to 2/23 but it does not qualify as "Only transactions initiated after registration and completed on or prior to March 11, 2018 will qualify toward satisfaction of the offer requirements." I then have a Qantas ticket to Australia on 2/27 returning 3/27. No chance to take advantage of this offer. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. Would have enjoyed those extra miles.
At the most conservative estimate, that's $800 of miles. If i were you, I'd cancel and rebook on a new PNR in a heartbeat - unless the new fare and change fee are more than $800.

I would rather have no offer than the offer for losers that I got. Now I know what UA thinks of me.

consider SDC. This should re-issue the ticket with a new ticketing date. Might work or not ... it usually does.

Nice. I got a similar, though not quite as lucrative, "easy" offer:
One trip, >$325, earns 7,900 RDM.

I expect to meet that one pretty easily.

book and take a trip 2 times by march 11 to get 8600 bonus miles (minimum $125 per trip).
i wish the qualifying period was a week or two longer; i don't think i'll push a "bro trip" to florida spring training earlier for 8600 miles.

I didn't get anything via the app or email, but using the link above, I discovered I qualified for a promotion for the first time in years. 3 premium cabin trips, min $1000/each for 40,000 miles. I'll be passing on this.

Thanks for the thought. Will look into this or try a SDC. It is worth looking into.
