Tokyo typhoon terminates travel today
I notice 143 DEN-NRT and 32 LAX-NRT are cancelled for the storm expected tomorrow. Ord and SFO departures are showing long delays.

Does anyone know the story of what happened to UA 5775 YWG-ORD on 8/1? It diverted to MSP, and it looks like the equipment taking the passengers from MSP-ORD is different from the plane that left Winnipeg.

Tonight's UA 82 EWR-DEL is delayed by 11 hours from 950pm to 9am tomorrow Just ridiculous. This fight is delayed almost every single day. Frigging old 772s man.

Today 8/3 UA 135 ZRH-EWR diverted to YHZ/Halifax.
Flight already left ZRH over 1 hrs late, 11:30 vs. 10:10.
Ended up arriving EWR 3h47 late.

I think a lot of the EWR stuff today is thunderstorms, not MX.

Issues in Stockholm (ARN) today and tomorrow (8/4-5)
I am on UA 69 on 8/5 ARN-EWR (N26123) and it just went to 2 hr delay due to operational difficulties as this flight is using 8/4's CANCELED UA 69 (due to MX) ARN-EWR (N26123)
I hope it;s crew rest and not MX causing this delay.
Incoming 8/5 metal UA 68 EWR-ARN (N57111) listed as being on time, but I assume the delay is due to the pilots who came in on arriving UA 68 (N26123) EWR-ARN which arrived 2 hours late (9:46 vs 7:35 on 8/4) due to WX in EWR.
Rescue flight UA2834 (N57111) on 8/5 departing on time at 9:00 am is using the arriving UA68 metal (N57111)
I hope it;s crew rest and not MX causing this delay.

My father was on UA4137 yesterday, YHZ-EWR. 8h45m delay, quoted as being ATC. Unfortunately, UA wouldn’t move him into an AC flight.

UA69 took another delay to now depart on 8/5 5 hrs late at 2:00 pm so i switched to rescue flight UA2834. Will be hoping it comes out of EWR ontime tonight.
1k rep said the 8/4 canceled flight (UA 69) only had 100/169 seats filled but I think many others on 8/5 UA69 are switching to UA2834 as seat map only shows 19 open seats and the 16 seat Polaris is full.
