So UA 99, from Wednesday which departed on Thursday approximately 22 hours late, arrived 2 minutes later than the regularly scheduled UA 99 Thursday departure - which is listed as having arrived 7 minutes late (and having itself departed late as well as later than the prior flight).

There was definitely a blighted period when they were first introduced to the fleet. Have not kept up to date with statistics, but I think that has subsided somewhat.

Today’s EWR-BRU on the fritz...delayed by 6 hours and counting. My brother blew his connection there as a result, so I bought him EWR-ZRH-onward on an award biz ticket within 1 hour of departure...now to figure out how to get his bag to where he’s going...

We were also on this flight. Due to arrive 0805, got here around 1515. Missed two different connections, but there is a later one and there is still hope of getting to our final destination. Did get an email from Customer Care. Will process it after a good nights sleep and post the offer.

UA23 EWR-DUB departing 2/27 arriving 2/28 diverted to BRU due to weather at DUB. After several hours, the BRU-DUB leg canceled.
As a result UA22 DUB-EWR 2/28 canceled.
As a result UA22 DUB-EWR 2/28 canceled.

I doubt he’ll get a refund since I called in and had the agent cancel his outbound segment and refund the $$. I’m really surprised that this crew didn’t time out after a 7-hour delay...

Flight deck timed out, FA's did not. Rough day for the poor FA's. They still did a great job, at least in business. Of course, the fact that 100 pax offloaded themselves may have made things a little easier for them.
