Any idea why UA would leave it at Stansted for a work week—one-off maintenance or something related to the fact that the Polaris seat designers and manufacturer are in the UK?

I think its reasonable to assume that there are only two Polaris mod lines at XMN but dont want to definitively conclude there are only two mod lines running until someone with inside information says there are only two mod lines going or we are able to go through another cycle of mods to reasonably conclude there are. The same appears to hold true for the 763 mods. Assuming the former Hawaiian 763s go to HKG for induction and are not done domestically we likely won't see a ferry flight for the first acquisition until one of the two units in HKG exits.
