SFO-TPE
B77W (w/ PEY)
12/5
Due to what seemed like an appearance of SHENA, my upgrade to Polaris did not clear...Disappointing, though our 77W was subbed for 1 of the 5 equipped with the Premium Plus seats. While the PEY service has not yet started, the legroom and feeling of not being shoehorned in 3-4-3 made the flight not as bad as I envisioned it to be...
As to the meal choices, we started with lunch and were offered this chicken with rice and veggies or a stir fry noodle dish. Not too bad of a meal, but definitely not very filling.
Dessert was this carton of gelato
I slept through the mid-flight snack, so I am unable to comment on what was offered.
Breakfast was the choice of French toast or eggs. Again, not a bad meal, though way too little of a portion. Also, I still find it ridiculous to be offered breakfast when we’re landing around 8pm. I would MUCH rather be offered a dinner instead to allow me the chance to get acclimated to the destination.

Food fare for E+ on t.p.s. SFO-BOS/BOS-SFO:
12/10/18 UA768 SFO-BOS
Breakfast
Options: Omelette or Pancakes. Went with omelette.
12/14/18 UA2400 BOS-SFO
Dinner
Options: Curry or Manicotti. Tried both...still recommend the curry (Butter Chicken rules!)
