Sorry, for some reason the upper part of the photo gets chopped off upon uploading to the post.
The main entree selection was:
- Cheddar cheese omelet
- Steak and eggs
- French toast
- Traditional German breakfast
I was not able to view the French toast. I opted for the omelet, which was decent.

HKG->EWR
I am so annoyed with the continued Balsamic Vinegar dressing
Can't recall seeing this on the menu before. Was tasty, but not really entree sized.

Nice photos, and meal looks tasty.
But I have to ask: where did they load EMMI Yoghurt? In HKG? I am impressed!

I think there was maybe one extra lettuce leaf in that salad than domestic... at least domestic has real salad dressing (for now)

On my last MUC-EWR flight, I got a black and white menu printed on copy paper. No drink menu.

945 was breakfast/brunch when I took it last February. I have been taking it 1-2 times per year for about 8 years, back when I started the meal service flow was reversed where a small breakfast was served after take off then the full 5-6 course lunch was served prior to landing, which I would prefer they go back to.

That was as late as 2012, if I recall.
I agree--that's a better way.

Polaris First. ORD to PVG. How hard is it to provide flawless lunch service in a cabin with 6 passengers? The FA forgot to serve me the cheese plate. When another FA coming from Polaris Business came to serve the pastries, I asked for the cheese. Business FA asks First FA to serve me the Port. First FA says he does not have any. Business FA brings me what was leftover from Business Polaris: one drop. She stated: "Sorry, it's all gone. This is just for the taste". This made me remember the good times on US Airways Envoy Class where the FAs did not know what fortified wine was and were serving it in a wine glass filled to the top.

I see the ice cream sundae is still in a paper cup. Wow.
