has anyone done the SFO-AKL return that can share? apparently the meals vary according to the route.

Not by much. You probably won't get the Japanese or Chinese dishes, but the "American" choices will probably be same. If you think UA is going to go out of the way to cater each route uniquely, you don't know United. The meal choices change, so what's shown here is only representative of the present/very near-term. No point on dwelling on the unpredictable.

UA will not serve a Hāngi, if that's what you're asking.

Good find.

Looks like the website got them reversed. The ones listed as Biz Class look a little higher budget than the ones listed for First.

But that's good news for the biz class wines - what's on that menu card is what's intended across the routes.

Interesting! This was on a 77W, so it's not like they could've accidentally given me the wrong card.

Meta, I know, but may I suggest that a link be added to the first post linking people to the domestic version of this thread? Also, it would be helpful to create a Wiki, similar to what the AA and DL threads has. (Mods, feel free to incorporate my suggestion then delete my post if you wish to do so.)

It's great they have wine lists back. It's sad they look so cheap.

I have flown ORD-FRA late last year on an older 772 in business class and was shocked but how bad and rude service was. The FA seemed to skip us voluntarily each time because we had children. It was almost surreal.
On top of that, only pre-departure beverage was offered, and then nothing else all meal.

Main course ws pretty good - as was dessert - but that was about it. It's sad our journey started so brilliantly at the Polaris lounge and ended like that then in air. I mean, we were looking mostly for flat beds and space, but still...

Never even heard of it before. I just think the name is kind of humorous.

Flew IAH-AMS on 12/30 no wine list. Flew AMS-IAH today, and menu had an insert with the same wine list posted above, although they also had a couple other bottles not on the list. One FA told me this was the last day for cognac as an after dinner drink.

IAH-FRA last night had no surprises, except for same wine list as above. I had Spicy Chicken w/udon noodles. Same other choices--short rib, turbot fish filet, ravioli and salad with a side salad Didn't even think it was worth taking & photographing menu, which also covers IAD, EWR, and ORD to Germany. At least I had the spicy omelet for breakfast, which I love.
