I am not sure that's the rule—I have a two one-way tickets that 'terminate' short of my intended destinations, no long layovers. E.g., ind-ewr-btv (o/w) just says ind-ewr.

Android version 2.1.31 shows the correct reservation info as of 12/07.

Mine was doing this yesterday, too. Seems fine now. Of note, only the top reservation (i.e. the flight departing soonest) was subject to the ORD/ORD bug. My other reservations were fine.

That's not my typical experience with one-way tickets (2h layover in EWR); it's now back to IND-BTV.
