If you don't have something, the only chance is to call up United MP and ask if they have it in their records - they might.

Using OLD UA Mileage Plus Number
—it's got to be in there somewhere, and just a question of whether or not the person you call can figure out how to find it.
For my own number, I was able to find it by searching my email for airport pairs, like 'SFO JFK', and then checking for the FF number.

I remember mine to this day, even made the mistake of using it at a United Club recently when I was in AutoPilot mode. Got a chuckle from the staff that overheard me. Mine had so many zeros in it (only two at the beginning, but more in the total number) that it's super easy to remember.
