UA agent cannot book this itinerary found on ITA Matrix
It's showing up on matrix but yet UA agent says he can't find it? Any reason why? Some K's are sold out?

United only wants to sell that itinerary with a Q on the return. You're probably also going to run into a point of sale restriction on that fare booking through UA. Have you tried Book with Matrix?
Matrix should only return fares that comply with fare rules and routing restrictions.

I can't get united.com to return the desired itinerary. I can convert it through using GF, but it prices as a Q on the return. I can't get Matrix to return the itinerary (though that may be user error).

There’s a whole other thread on this. ITA, and now Google Fligts can find routes that UA can’t reproduce. In my case Google is booking ORD-NRT break KIX-PEK as a single leg and you can send it to UA and it comes up, but if you work through .bomb or an agent it prices as two legs. Over an hour on the phone at one point and no one could make it work. If the OP hasn’t tried it might work if you send it through from Google Flights.

I'd guess this is your problem :
You're asking UA too sell you an NH fare. Technically the rules allow that (both the UA and NH fare allow combining with a NH and UA fare respectively), but I'm guessing United isn't doing it anyway.
There is an equivalent "UA KLX0ZAM2 BKK to YYC" fare, but it has the conditions :
But in your case you're not using a UA-coded flight for the transpacific flight, so you can't use that fare.
If you route via the US then it works, as you can fly on a UA-coded flight (either UA or NH metal), so it'll use UA's fare in both directions.
Either way, that's a damn nice fare for 20k miles of flying

I got united.com to produce a K roundtrip fare ($585 for OP's dates). The outbound is identical as above, but the return options only include UA-operated overwater segments.

I punched the flights into Apollo and everything is available as shown in the photo, auto-prices to US$545.06. No reason UA should not be able to re-create and autoprice unless they just don't want to do it. Best to use a TA and have them take care of the ticket, it should take no more than 10 minutes to do the transaction.

My advice: just book through United.com with the same outbound and a modified return. Yeah, the return adds an extra leg (BKK-NRT-SFO-YVR-YYC) but it'll get you where you want to go for $585.
You are going to create more headaches for yourself if you keep trying to get United to book this for you. A travel agent may be able to do it and it may be worth calling them to check but I don't know what surcharges/fees they will put on top of the ticket price.

Tried with bookwithmatrix but i only get the option of flightnetwork which gave me 2x the price
Reasons for wanting this.
1. Fly on NH transpacific
2. Straight to canadian customs on the way home instead of going thru usa
SO If i give them UA codeshare for the bkk hnd and hnd yvr...should work?
