I was thinking about taking a souvenir with me after my flight on monday but couldn't find anything that would fit easily in my carry-on.

Everything works fine now, cost me 15 seconds to place the order for the Window.

So I bought a window... using Miles ... Maybe I'm crazy, but it does seem kinda cool. I couldn't get on the last flight (sold out way too fast), but kinda cool to put in my office... Now I gotta figure out how to cut out my stucco wall to put it in and make sure it doesn't leak

This stuff is cool but what would be really cool is if they would sell a GF seat for me to put in my living room ^^^^

...and what is a little bit unique about that is N470EV is one of the former Evergreen Supertankers!

Grrr... I saw this earlier and was contemplating getting a window when I saw it. Got busy with work stuff and now they are sold out; probably way more demand than expected.

Livery Panel and Window are presently Sold Out
Five Double seats are still available and
29 Triple seats

Perhaps UA has unestimated demand? Wonder if UA will open up more "inventory". A perennial FF question.

I thought about it; there were plenty available at the time. I decided that

(a) I really wouldn't pay the price if it was cash
(b) my wife would not be thrilled, so it would be sitting in a corner of my home office somewhere

Hope those who did get one get a lot of enjoyment and fond memories out of it.

Good idea. I’ll have the kids kick the back of the seats while my wife hands me tiny packets of pretzels. I’ll have to ask my two most overweight friends to sit in both aisle seats with me in the middle to complete the effect.

They should really just use all the old 744s to build the long promised new IAD terminal.

They can shave off the UDs and use them for the moon buggies.

I was thinking about buying a window earlier, but 50,000 miles ain't worth it IMO. I would rather pay cold hard $$ rather than redeem RDM. Still a very cool promotion nonetheless.
