I have non-016 tickets reflected in the totals.

Another data point:

Not showing it for me.

The non-016 tickets are in the totals YTD flights but not upcoming flights. T&Cs note this for upcoming flights - only 016 tickets

The system is showing 654 expected miles fewer than my spreadsheet is totaling. All flights are on UA and ticketed on 016.

I'm right on the line, but the 654 miles if lost will still leave me over what I need, just by a smaller cushion.

Logged into https://mystatus.united.com just now and see there is an option for “Future flights”. Nice way to keep track of where your scheduled travel will land you if you don’t track it on a spreadsheet.

Mine shows up and has the proper segment as I have 3 flights coming up, but does not show the PQM for the first 2 flights, I’m not sure but those flights are waiting for a GPU to clear so maybe the system ignores them

On a quick glance, the feature looks to be reporting correctly. It says I will achieve Platinum level before the end of the year. Neat.

wxguy Oct 19, 2017 4:11 pm

I don't have a FUTURE FLIGHTS tab either, just PREVIOUS YEAR and YEAR TO DATE.

BZRORG Oct 19, 2017 4:34 pm

Similar to you, my spreadsheet shows me at 1k territory 100,918 with my last few flights in a week.

The "Future Flights" site is calculating future flights at 99,168, a delta of 1750 miles. I dont know if it is calculating a segment that I have a GPU listed on (only shows 4 future segments compared to 5 actually booked and or a combo of 500mile minimums not being counted correctly). Either way i am not too worried

With the above post (from me), it does not include my planned NZ flight but it is not 016 ticket stock and the T&Cs specifically note it does not include non-016 stock in the future travel plans.

The results do align with my own spreadsheet with the one exception of the 500 minimum (as noted by others).

Is the difference due to the 500 mile minimum?

VWang1111 Oct 19, 2017 5:19 pm

Just checked the site and everything seems to be correct. No short flights so can't comment on the 500-mile minimum being calculated correctly. Also seems like it only calculates miles needed to reach the next status level so it might not appear if you're already 1k.

Showing up now. Must have been a phased roll out.

If my case it may be. I do have ewr-ith-ewr in my mix.

Mine are off by a bit as well, but I do think it is due to the 500 mile min. I'll try calculating it out later.

Furthermore, it doesn't seem to account for the outbound flight that is part of an itinerary where the outbound is in 2017 but return is in 2018.

aacharya Oct 20, 2017 6:20 am

Mine works as well.

I think it also does not factor in 'in-process' flights - have a long stopover as we speak, and it's not counting the return.
