UA flight 724 Aug 19 - anyone know what happened?

Was on the HNL-SFO flight and upon landing, FA announced to remain seated for paramedics to come on. No paramedics came on and everyone started to get up and disembark. I saw two cops come on board. And right at the plane door, another 6 officers standing and watch us get off the plane. There was also a stretcher too.

Anyone know what happened?
