*Reporting System Error*
Upon attempting check in for my United flight on 6/12 my gender has been changed from male (listed on the booking) to female (listed on the check in screen at the point where you are asked to confirm information). My nationality is also blanked out. This system error is preventing online check in. Anyone else running into this system error?
Hope this error is isolated and does not cascade forward into the next carrier on the reservation (connecting international flight) or screw up precheck. This old IT auditor is hoping that this is not a sign that United outsourced its IT work to that same company British Airways used during their megafiasco. :rolleyes:
