Doing a quick trip to BA this weekend and just got alert of an aircraft swap for the return on Sunday night. Although app says 772, seat map is 773 and it looks like the Saturday flight down from IAH is indeed 773 (prior segments are SEA-SFO and SFO-IAH). Business saver available on both IAH-EZE and EZE-IAH for anyone with miles to burn who wants to try the new seats. 😎
I just noticed the SEA-SFO and SFO-IAH legs are empty so is this a new delivery with the inaugural passenger flight being IAH-EZE? |
does the seat map indicate whether all seats have been installed? maybe this plane is being test-run with just the seats the contractor has been able to deliver so far... ;)

UA 2770, SEA-SFO, delayed due to aircraft maintenance, arrived gate 4 h 37 min late. It was an empty flight; no one was impacted by the delay. :(

Oddly FlightAware does list it as a 77W for UA 300 yesterday but with a huge delay. Maybe they swapped 77W frames due to the delays to prevent this one from being swapped out. On my phone so can't really dig further at the moment |
7.5 hours late ... I'm not sure "lucky" is the word those passengers would be using.
