The following link is a great resource when you're wondering about whether a site is down or there's some routing issue particular to your setup or location:

I am in the Arrivals Lounge in LHR as I type.

Having the same problem as you - no access here. Everything else is okay.

Oh, ironically, http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ is not working for me here also.

Is award search busted?

I just tried the UA award search and it does not seem to do any search at all. The menu switches to what looks like the standard advanced flight search.

If I try to continue with this menu, it simply returns with no results.

Is it just me or is someone else seeing this as well?

First time I have seen it. I cleared domain cache and cookies in IE and it is fine now.

Thanks

I saw this earlier in the week using Mozilla but switched to IE and it started working again. Today it's working for me in Mozilla. Have you been running a lot of searches? I was looking for seats pretty aggressively when it stopped working.

No greater search activity than what I've done previously.

Both award and flight search broken for me!

So I was getting blank results from an award search, logged in and out, and still got the same problem. So I thought I'd search for a paid flight- still no results!

So then I thought I'd go to the "experts" and check Flyertalk. Will go back and clear cookies and try a new browser, and I'm sure it'll work. I wonder what happens to less experienced fliers? Probably go book a ticket through an agent or on another airlines? Crazy to have those kind of problems on a website these days!
