We were flying out for a business trip of my father's which was always planned around The Chicago Cubs spring training. He would take pics on Ektachrome slide film. I was looking for the slides to digitize them for the following story when I found these that he took on the plane.
On this particular trip, I ended up being the bat-boy for a San Fran Giants vs Cubs game. The next day, Ernie Banks saw me in the stands watching practice and called me out as a spy. One thing led to another and I had to prove my loyalty to the Cubs by being their bat-boy for the rest of week. Unforgettable!!
Since your in Scottsdale - here's a pic from the Giants game in Scottsdale showing the background.

Great photos - what an opulent cabin.
Wonder what the etiquette was on deciding to fire up the piano with everyone else in earshot.
Sounds like this setup didn't last long - couple years or so at most.
Background here - the piano was actually in a lounge for coach pax and in the tip of the nose were two four seater tables for dining:
