I see two (it's booked 48/50 on the status page). Are you looking at the seat map?

Either way, yes, I think it's likely that they'll find enough takers that the OP will need to hope for some misconnects in order to use the GPU.

$1,000 for EWR-DEL sounds like a fair deal to me.

App says 48/50 with one seat blocked. Bucket availability is J1.

United says they can accept vouchers and upgrade up to 4 days in advance. I'm confused. When do they actually let you use the vouchers?
Using a voucher and upgrade seats being made available for voucher use by United are two completely different things. You can apply a voucher anytime up to day of flight - that doesn't mean it's automatically granted - in most cases, you straight to a waitlist. Just because you see an open seat on a United seat map, that doesn't mean you can slide right into it using a GPU. First, United needs to allocate one or more available seats to PZ inventory, which is what upgrades will come out of for a 1K. With one or two seats left, there is probably no PZ inventory and you'll be on a waitlist. $1000 is probably the way to go before it is gone.

Take that $1000 offer if you still can.

This.

And as of this moment, booked 50/50.

I believe the one blocked seat is the crew rest, since most, if not all long haul exCO 777s tend to show “(Plus 1 blocked)” when viewing the upgrade list.

Non-status Member SNA-EWR I believe was $310 today after OLCI.
SNA-IAH for a future flight (weeks ahead) was $184
SNA-SFO $125
YYZ-ORD $112
ORD-SNA $216

Seem pretty standard for the routes.

Yesterday, 12-31-18 RNO to SFO on a XN ticket already in E+ exit row window. TOD offer is $154 for a seat in F for a 40 minute flight on a A319 not an RJ. Really UA that would be like $4.00 per minute to experience your "Domestic Premium Cabin Product".

Happy New Y'all and safe travels.

Sit in the box at RNO due to the GDP at SFO, and that investment gets better really fast

Make sure to use the Polaris Business Lounge on arrival at SFO! Great place to freshen up and get some business done I hear!

If you are meaning the Polaris Lounge, it's only possible if the passenger has a connecting flight to another city.

If you are meaning the arrivals lounge, it closes at 12:30 PM which makes it difficult for passengers arriving from LHR to use it.
