It isn‘t just one of the planes, it is all 3 class 763. Originally PMUA was scheduled to retire all 3 class 763 by 2016, and PMUA specifically ordered 787-8 to replace them before the merger, hence they did a half IPTE job compare to 772 (a modified version of Boeing signature interior in F and C, instead of full version like 2 class 763, Y class remain untouched with no AVOD and old overhead bins)

Realize PMUA had different plans, but it just seems weird they converted the old domestic 763s to lie flat Int'l and now they are (or already have) converted Int'l 772s for domestic/Hawaii

The 772s that were converted to HD (77G) were the non-ER A model . . . they had range for east coast TATLs but not true long haul. All the sUA 763s are ER models, and actually have slightly better range than the 772As.

The 772A and 763 conversions decisions were not made at the same time. The newer 763s needed to get a update from a really old domestic configuration and the older batch were set to retire when that decision was made.
Later, it was decided to keep the older 763s and give them the successful 2 class upgrade plus winglets and life extension. At that point (or about the same time) the 772A decision was made to convert the second half of the 772As to domestic. As mentioned, range on the 763 is about 15% better than the 772A. Enough difference that the 772A can't make EWR-HNL and takes occasional wight restrictions ORD-HNL while the 763/764 successfully fly EWR/IAD-HNL. The 763/764 configurations are dense enough and have also
have enough BF seats to be flown on International and Domestic flights - we'll see if these aircraft start flying ps type routes.
Yes, it appears weird that the swap was to convert one type to Intl and one to Domestic, but it simplifies aircraft fleets and converted 14 763s aircraft that needed to be reconfigured and nine 772A that UA thought should be converted to start ridding F and the 8 across BF seating. I think it was a wise decision whether whenever the decisions were made.
763:
N656UA entered HKG 2793/14Nov for winglets and 2Class Polaris - expect N648UA to exit real soon with Polaris.

All A320 are now showing ISP so I guess the installations of the new First Class seats are finally done.

Does anyone know which aircraft are receiving the new Priestman Goode inspired designs, outside of the newly retrofitted or newly delivered Polaris aircraft? Think I read somewhere that the used A320 Series planes are receiving that treatment.

PDE Status:
PDE is confirmed active on all aircraft that will receive it. We have suspected this to be the case for a while but now we have official confirmation. This completes the PDE installation on existing aircraft, all new aircraft get PDE upon induction.
There were a number of 763, 764, and 772 that we had open questions on if PDE had been enabled on them or not.

Thanks so much for the corrections/additions GMoneyCO. On vacation and it helps.
772:
N219UA entered XMN 2786/20Nov
N229UA sked to exit XMN 2785/20Nov
FYI I usually don't track SFO narrowbody visits as most are routine maint or spares.
N73291 - Already exited MCO
