i know I’ve gotten a real meal on this flight before.
No choice, just this cheese tray from BOB and other packaged crap, truly sad...

Excuse the dark pic; though I'm sure everyone is familiar with this dish by now. This tasted pretty decent to me. Fruit was ripe and sweet but cinnamon roll was half burnt

Choice of Quinoa with Salmon or Ravioli Pasta. I was sitting in 2F and the pasta was gone by 2B. A lady and her 3 kids snagged up all.
The salmon was excellent and actually made the quinoa flavorful! AS need to take notes and serve their quinoa warm with some type of sauce. Warm cookies for dessert.

Finally back to some variety on IAH-LGA this morning.
Egg sandwich or oatmeal with fruit. So much better then the awful protein plate and even more awful egg white pastry kale thing.

On the plane they were reluctant to serve the food because it's been sitting warm (or not warm enough) for a number of hours since the first plane, we got the food anyway and it was fine. The FA was great. On landing we each had a ~$250 voucher.

No complaints about breakfast today
SFO-OGG. Apple blintz w blueberry compote. Apples and sausage patty on side. Other choice was tomato and kale quiche. Fruit (ate strawberry before remembering to take pic). Choice of cinnamon roll or biscuit.

LAX-IAH lunch offered the CO-era cheeseburger plate with small side salad and plated turtle cheesecake - I swear I had this meal countless times on Continental between FLL and IAH or EWR over 10 years ago. As a plus, the cheese was on the side and not burned into the plate, on the downside the bun was burned into the plate. Once excavated loose, the burger tasted quite delicious so it seems the recent quantity and quality cutbacks were somewhat mitigated.
