Really? I flew 2 weeks ago and it was $400 more ($200 each way) to book as one ways vs round trip. Z class for both.

It's actually been fascinating to watch the market start to crack under the pressure of the $599 fare. Six months ago everyone was in lockstep with that as a 7-day fare but the will (even at B6) is starting to give..

Actually, there is on the 777 that runs EWR-LAX, but it's not bookable, so it's moot.

looking to upgrade to biz on the ps flight lax ewr.. for evening flight,

which of the following would qualify as "stranger times have availiability "mentioned upthread?

This is the only RPU redemption I have successfully redeemed on this route going eastbound since the move from JFK to EWR. The 12:30 AM departure generally tends to open up close to departure with plenty of availability (especially if they are using a 28J sUA 752).
