Retired UA 747 For Sale on eBay..

Thats really odd, theres a retired 747 for sale on eBay.. Its got UA livery, seats and all..

$300k. what a bargan. 😀

per The United Fleet Site, started service in 1989, retired 25 Oct 2014, , scrap 15 Nov 2015 -- so had ITPE interior

Read the description carefully -- airframe only! The engines and landing gear have already been removed, and it sounds as though the cockpit might be removed and auctioned separately and the interior gutted as well.

The description is poorly written. It's hard to ascertain just what is on the auction block here.

the company that makes luggage tags out of old aircraft should scoop it up. I'd buy a couple tags made from a UA 747
