1K, no e-mail, $6500 in PQDs / 69000 PQM so far this year with another $2000 booked:
$9000 -> 12,000mi
$9500 -> 17,000mi
$11000 -> 28,000mi
I'm a solid maybe on the first two between now and 11/30 since my average year is right around $16,000 PQDs - but for 17,000 lousy RDMs who cares??? Who comes up with these numbers?
My wife, Silver, barely any spend this year and one flight booked for July:
$1000 -> 10,000mi
$1500 -> 15,000mi
$3000 -> 25,000mi
For her, it might make sense...
But neither of us got the email (I never seem to. Ever. Other than the offers to buy RDMs at ridicustupid prices) and the terms say offer valid for original recipients of the email only.. Hmm.

My offer was similar to other GS offers,
Milestone 1: spend $16,500 and earn 43,000 bonus award miles
Milestone 2: spend $18,500 total and earn 64,000 more award miles
Milestone 3: spend $25,000 total and earn 106,000 more award miles
But my son, who was Gold last year but GM this year, got:
Milestone 1: spend $1,500 and earn 18,000 bonus award miles
Milestone 2: spend $2,500 total and earn 27,000 more award miles
Milestone 3: spend $5,000 total and earn 45,000 more award miles
at $.019/mile, that comes out to a ~35% discount at the $5000 level. That's enough to make me cancel a few award tickets I got for him and rebook.

I have no email but was able to register; however, my MM companion was not eligible despite their flying Star Alliance a fair bit and United a handful of times a year. Though they'd be Silver or Gold without my match. Anyway, my offer:
These are your spending milestones:
Milestone 1: spend $11,500 and earn 28,000 bonus award miles
Milestone 2: spend $12,500 total and earn 42,000 more award miles
Milestone 3: spend $17,000 total and earn 70,000 more award miles
Additionally, I've compiled all the data up to and including helvetic. The cpm rates are all over the map -- as low as 5 cpm and up to 20 cpm. You can check out the numbers and a simple graph here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...2k59Gp2aH3mZU/

Didn't get the email but followed the link in OP's post and this is my offer:
$38K = 56,000 miles
$43K = +83,000 miles
$47.5K = +138,00 miles
Total potential = 277,000 miles. I might hit some of this. Too bad previous bookings don't count...

No email, but entering my number turned up:
Milestone 1: spend $2,500 and earn 10,000 bonus award miles
Milestone 2: spend $3,000 total and earn 15,000 more award miles
Milestone 3: spend $4,500 total and earn 25,000 more award miles
This probably will affect my buying, as I have mostly been flying partners and crediting to MP (I'm at 37K PQM on 450 PQD) and I think I can hit the third tier by November. Better MP earnings has been a significant factor in my giving money to LH, NH, BR instead of UA.
