General Member Miles for 1k Ticket
Hi -
I might be using my mother-in-law's miles (general member) for a ticket for me (1k).
What should I expect:
1. Will the fee structure be that of a GM or 1k?
2. Will the 1k desk help booking?
3. Will I be able to book 1k only fare buckets?
Anything else to be aware of?

Pre-flight (changeablity, fees, fare buckets, refunds, upgrades and whatnot) are based on the account from where the miles come.
Day of travel (check in line, baggage allowance, E+) is based on your status.
But of course you can always call the 1K Desk. You need not even have a ticket to call.
