The ToC states

Registration is required by July 6, 2016. Only PQD earned in connection with tickets purchased or Economy Plus® purchases made after registration and within the ticketing dates will qualify.

What are Economy Plus purchases?

Also of note:

or this offer, only PQD earned on eligible flights operated by United® and United Express® and PQD earned for eligible Economy Plus purchases will qualify. PQD earned on flights operated by a Star Alliance™ member airline or a MileagePlus partner airline with tickets issued by United (ticket number starting with "016") will not qualify for this offer, but will count toward Premier status qualification.

Different offer again.

30,000 @$2,500
40,000 @$3,500
50,000 @$4,500

1K.

Not eligible.

I didn't get the email, but I am targeted. Not that it really matters. I can't imagine a situation where I would spend that much money on UA tickets between now and Labor Day.

20,000 @ $2,000
30,000 @ $3,000
35,000 @ $4,000

So far this year I have 4 flights credited to UA and ~$500 in PQD.

Wow, I got:

Milestone 1: 80K bonus miles after earning $3K PQD
Milestone 2: 105K more bonus miles after earning $5.5K PQD
Milestone 3: 130K more bonus miles after earning $8K PQD

I'm a former 1K. I defected to AA. My last revenue UA flight was in 2012.

315K bonus miles is pretty tempting if I get a paid business class ticket to Asia or something for work...., but unlikely to happen by 9/4.

1K here. Not eligible. I never get these targeted promos it seems...

    BookerNYC Apr 19, 2016 5:18 pm

    55K @ $2,000
    +70K @ $4,000
    +90K @ $5,500

Former UA 1K who defected to AA in 2013 or 2014. I have to say that's a pretty compelling offer ..

rock here as well ... would have been the first one for me ... no love from UA.

    Ditto

No love for this former 1K. Too bad since I have 12000 eqm and about 5000 pqd, UA should be loving me right now.

For those of us who can't book E+ at booking (and decide to pay for an E+ seat)

UA does love you but is playing hard to get :D 1K and flying a lot this year - nothing for me.

I've flown UA very little the past 6+ months and only have one flight on the books, so am not too surprised to receive this offer:

    55K bonus at $7K
    75K bonus at $9.5K
    90K bonus at $12.5K

Certainly compelling but probably won't attain since I already have flights booked the next few months on DL, AA, and BA. If I was given the offer last month, these would have been much more attainable.

Looks like my assumption was correct, based on all these reports.

Not quite sure if this promotion will be as beneficial to UA as hoped though. Although the idea is a good one: "entice previously loyal UA customer back to fly UA", it appears the execution is somewhat flawed in that they should at least give a little more time to achieve the criteria.
Although, maybe UA doesn't even want too many taking full advantage of all three promotional levels, and this is all part of their projections.

In any event, this as a pretty darn awesome promotion to the right person, who can take full advantage of it. @:-)

Have 21k PQM with just $600 PQD and I am not eligible either
