Split a round trip PNR into one ways?
 
Is it possible for a reward round trip to be split into 2 one ways?

I tried a search, but no dice.

If they are inexperienced, advise them to hold your flights, reissue them as two one ways, and then cancel and refund the rt. All without cost or penalty because of your status.

If there has been any travel on the ticket, this approach will not work. Also the new OWs need to be valid, no stopovers.
