The Fleet Status site is:

https://sites.google.com/site/unitedfleetsite/

At the site, you can find information about the interior features, livery, etc., for every plane in United's fleet.

To determine which plane your flight will be on go to https://www.cablepick.net/united#

Just enter your flight number, date, origin and destination. Once you do that look in the details tab under aircraft # and if they have assigned a plane it'll say something like #3506 and the type of plane. Once you know that go to the United Fleet website listed above and cross-reference the four digit number against the "aircraft" column under the appropriate aircraft type.

Keep in mind that things change as they get closer and sometimes either they won't have assigned an aircraft yet or it'll be assigned #0 if it's a few days away and they are anticipating aircraft movement.

You may also check the specific fleet variant of each flight at the United Cargo site under "Schedules & tracking". This data tends to be reliable starting 7 days in advance, but is always subject to change.

Is it known what the configuration of the 772 domestic will be in economy? I've seen some suggestion of it being 10 abreast in Y. Any idea if it will be AVOD or streaming etc?

They're exiting faster than I thought they would. I figured a handful would hang on until mid-year and I'd be able to get one last flight but it's not to be.

Will these 319s get the full package during the induction? So new F seats and power in E/E+, new signature slimline in E+/E, wifi and streaming?

Will all of this be done before entry into service or will it be done in stages? Are there any other mods they will need before entering the fleet?

The expectation is that the 319s will enter service with the full package (new F, ISP, wifi, PDE, etc.). The 73Gs that UA picked up from Copa were a bit of a special case in that the wifi and scimitar mods for that type hadn't started yet and thats why they entered service without them.

Well that's good to hear! Thanks for the answer and for pointing out why the 73Gs went in stages. You must have read my mind as that is exactly what I was thinking about when I asked the questions.
