We are delighted to announce our third and final Frequent Flyer Giving (FFG) and United Airlines WeCare Employee Relief Fund event for 2015. After fantastic turn-outs in both Austin and Seattle, we've turned to the north coast — Chicago — home to United Airlines for this event. Attendees will enter the iconic Willis Tower for an in-depth tour of United's National Operations Center and a presentation and Q&A session with UA management. Afterwards, there will be three course dinner and all you can drink alcohol a few blocks away at another Chicago icon, the Berghoff. Don't be surprised if you see some special guests from United there.

1:00pm: Willis Tower event with United Airlines

• United National Operations Center tour
• Presentation by UA management
• Q&A session with UA management

Dinner and charity auction at The Berghoff to benefit the United We Care Employee Relief Fund

Dinner menu as follows:
House Salad and Housemade Bread Basket
Field greens, shaved fennel, tomato & asparagus in citrus vinaigrette

Main course — Choice of one of the following:
Wiener Schnitzel
Breaded veal cutlet, petit asparagus & pepper salad, German potatoes
Lake Superior White Fish
Line caught with dill-caper butter sauce, roasted vegetable Napoleon, jasmine rice timbale
Chicken and Sausage German Gnocchi (also available w/o meat as a vegetarian option)
Plump pillows of pasta in a three cheese blend, sautéed spinach, a dollop of mascarpone

Dessert — Choice of one of the following:
Apple Strudel
Tart Granny Smith apples sautéed then baked with toasted pecans in flaky pastry with sweet caramel sauce
Black Forest Cake
Dark chocolate cake with layered with kirsch-scented whipped crème and sour cherries garnished with chocolate shavings

All you can drink bar — The following are scheduled to appear:

The date for this event is Saturday, Nov 7, with a cost of $100 per person.
This amount includes the event at Willis Tower and dinner/drinks
This event is open to a maximum of 40 guests
This event is open to children over the age of 12
