Full site view on mobile browser glitches
 
As you know you can't do everything with the mobile app so we are forced to use full site view on our cell phones when we don't have a laptop/desktop. I've tried on multiple browsers,

Google Chrome (ios and lollipop)
FireFox (ios and lollipop)
Opera mimi (ios and lollipop and tizen)
Safari

All give error message when trying to change flights, farelock, sometimes payment not being processed. All these glitches have been going for years and I've emailed website feedback multiple times. Not sure what its not being addressed

Hopefully the new revamped site coming this fall will fix these issues. But so far I'm not liking the beta version.

I've had zero problems with the full site on the built-in browser that c:pmes with my Blackberry.

I've had the fullsite on mobile browser issues for years, so much that it can't be used as such, but I understand UA has neither a reporting workflow for this nor any care to fix these issues.

For example, I can't upgrade a reservation with full site on iPhone.
