It's not just UA. Airline food in Y isn't anything special. Remember when airlines served meals in Y on domestic flights? Many people complained about the quality.

holy cow, I can't believe it... I just found out that someone sells that ramen on Amazon.com. $36 for 6 bowls.

Nissin had a pop up ramen stand on the Shibuya station platform last year featuring these noodles. Choice of shoyu or miso or tonkotsu prepared to order, Y300. Worth every yen.
