FWIW - RDMs for my flights on 11/5, 11/6 & 11/16 have posted as RewardsPlus Bonus but nothing yet for flights on 11/21, 12/7 & 12/11.

MR bonus points post at same time as other points associated with stay which is usually two days after checkout.

I've taken two trips that qualified for this promo. One about 3 weeks ago and the miles posted within a day or so after the miles for the flight were posted. (Btw... was ticketed before Oct 24, but I did change the return date which generated a new ticket number). My last trip that qualified (which I did purchase after Oct 24) was about a week ago and the promo miles haven't posted yet. So it could be that they're posting them in batches or something possibly.
