Rows 12, 14, 15 can be E+ or E- depending on 739 configuration (no Row 14 when 12 & 15 are E+). Typically they will be shown initially as E+ but closer to departure and the specific aircraft is scheduled, the map will reflect the actual aircraft configuration. This may be what you are seeing.

So what happens to the chaps who purchase those seats when they're listed as E+?
